PSB Book Club
Do you like reading? Do you wonder what others think of the books you have read, or simply wish to de-stress with a good book? Well join our PSB Book Club and let us start exploring.
The goal of the PSB Book Club is to bring students together to read and talk about books that focus on business, leadership, personal and professional development from thought leaders. Participants will be lent a copy of the book and will have certain reading milestones to meet. Every week different topics of the book will be covered. This activity can also be added to your CCR! Sign up now as spots are limited, we have 10 books to lend to 10 students, once the spots are filled a wait list will be crated and participants will be considered for the next time around. The first book in the series is Tribes by Seth Godin.
The club will meet for four Tuesday’s in November from 4-5pm in room B184 at the HMC campus.

Author Seth Godin
Description: We live in a society of groups, clicks and communities. It isn’t the position you are in that matters but how others perseve your position that counts. People want to be lead because it is much easier to follow. If you wish to be a leader then this is the book for you. It shows you that it isn’t the Steve Jobs or the Barack Obamas’ of the world that make the difference, it is Mark Rovner, a non-profit mogul that challenges the status quote and Nathan Winograd, an animal activist who saves millions of animals annually, that make the biggest difference.
