Sheridan’s Professor Ramadan Delivers a Speech at PMI in Downtown Toronto
Professor Wael Ramadan recently delivered a speech at the Southern Ontario Chapter of The Project Management Institute (PMI) downtown Toronto entitled Art of Survival: The Link Between Project Management and Strategy.
Professor Ramadan’s thesis says that organizations need to continuously adapt and restructure in order to survive and grow. Strategic management is an art of survival and project management is an output of this creative art. It is crucial to understand the link between project management and strategic management and its implications for project managers in order to enable the successful completion of project objectives.
