Sheridan Faculty of Business Marketing Case winners are honored by Nipissing University

Two teams of Sheridan Faculty of Business Marketing students from the Davis Campus in Brampton and the HMC campus in Mississauga were recently honored by Nipissing University for their win in this year’s Marketing Case Competition sponsored by Nipissing.

The Hazel MacCallion Campus winners included second year Business Administration Marketing students Audrey Tan, Anthony Truong and Trung Nguyen and Shannon Crisp. The Davis Campus Marketing Case competition winners included Lauren Dakin, Ryan O’Keefe, Tracy Williams and (not pictured) Troy Taylor.

Sheridan Faculty of Business second year Marketing Students compete in a Case Competition as part of their MKTG 27583 Marketing Analysis and Planning Classes.  Students are formed into teams and collaboratively solve a Marketing Case Problem.

Each Marketing team then prepares a written report of their analysis and professionally present their findings to a group of judges. Winners are selected in each class, then an overall winner is selected for each campus.

The in-house Marketing Case Analysis competition is sponsored by Nipissing University. Sheridan Faculty of Business student winners each receive a Best Buy gift certificate and a bursary for future studies at Nipissing University.
